Klice jsou dva takze cip vylucuji, ctecka se zkousela udajne ten krouzek okolo spinacky, tak ted doslo uz na Ecu.
I've recently got a Fiat stilo which won't start when hot. Here is a small repair tutorial. I hope it can help.1. Desolder both connectors. Use soldering iron and desoldering wick. Heat slowly with hot air and gently remove pcb from housing.
You will need a helping hand ( or better two).2. Clean any solder left on both connectors and pcb.3. Clean all soldering points, on both sides of the pcb, they must be clean as new!!!4. You will need a pre-heater to heat the pcb from the bottom side ( if you don't, your pcb will probably deform while heating).5. Put aluminium foil around the processor. Put flux arround the proccesor ( more is better:-) )6.
While on the pre-heater (200? C) heat very slowly with hot air station ( or hot air gun ).7. When heated enough, touch ( be very careful! Do not move the processor more than 0.5 mm) the processor with tweezers, so it ' swims ' on the balls. You need a steady hand.8. After reheating, turn off the pre-heater and let the pcb cool down slowly ( about an hour ).9.
Put all back together, put some thermal grease on the processor and resolder both connectors.10. If you done it right, the car should start normally now.Pics are in attachment. Are there any other common faults of this ECU? My car is still stalling with common warning lights. I have completely reballed processor with leaded balls, resolder both connectors but car still dies with no warning and generating random errors (water temperature, throttle position etc).I had a few similar Stilos repaired ages ago.
Sometimes very tricky cars. Faults that I found on these were-connectors of ecu-two connectors under battery-map (when gets hot over KAT)-throttle body connector very loose (related to temperature)-MC33186DH and two condensators beside itHope this helps someone.
